Monsoon season has begun in our region . Monsoon is the most suitable weather to grow plants with the consistent downpour the temperature remains moderate. The consistent rainfall brings moisture in air that makes weather cool which is suitable for seed germination , propagation of plants , root establishment and thereby overall growth of plants.
Houseplants are gaining popularity these days in urban environment as they can be grown in smaller spaces and they fulfill the desire to connect with Nature in absence of spaces in urban environment.
Houseplants can be easily grown through stem cutting and can be easily propagated in Monsoon season through single technique that even an amateur gardener can propagate them without having green thumb .
Sansevieria are the most common House plants grown for their unique shapes and color which resemble snake . They can be easily propagated in monsoon by planting leaf cutting in well drained soil or even in water.

Rubber plant is one of the most popular houseplants that belong to family of Ficus family and plants belonging to this family are known for their stunning thick leaves. They can be easily grown through both leaf and stem cutting propagation.
