Summers in our region are harsh with scorching heat waves  that makes it jarring to move out in the daytime . The high outdoor temperatures and consistent heat waves rise up  the temperature  indoors also  .

Indoor Plants act as a natural coolant to cool down temperature  indoors as they release moisture in to the air through transpiration  that bring down temperature indoors.

  2. Dear Arun,
What a thoughtful and timely post! 🌿 With summers getting harsher every year, your insights are not just informative but truly helpful. I love how you highlighted the cooling properties of houseplants – especially the rubber plant and snake plant, both of which I have a soft spot for. 😊
Your mention of Pothos made me smile – it's one of my favorites, so easy to grow and such a little green hero when it comes to refreshing the air. And Peace Lilies? Always elegant and practical!
Thanks for this green reminder that nature can still lend us a hand, even indoors. 🌱💚
    All the best,
    Traude
