  2. Very nice photos of the plants and the cormorant! So your weather is also unusual this year? I think by now we're noticing climate change around the world...

  3. Love seeing your December blooms. We are almost in winter mode here in the northeast and got our first dusting of snow just the other day!

  5. Such pretty blooms! I like blanketflower, so my favorite photo here is that, with the curlier petals than mine have. I used to see cormorants growing up on the northern CA coast. I doubt they are the same kind of cormorant though.

  6. Beautiful dawn, beautiful flowers. It's snowing where I live in the Northeast United States so always enjoy displays of flowers from other parts of the world. We see double crested cormorants occasionally in the river near our house. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

  9. How I wish I could grow Chrysanthemums successfully! Is the curtain creeper plant a vine? I couldn't find much about it when I tried an online search.

  12. After about a month of winter-like weather here, it is so nice to see blossoms. In Florida we had many Spider Lilies growing wild in the marshes-- quite similar to your specimen. Love the sun and clouds shot and the cormorant.
