Summers in my region are not at all anticipated which is quite opposite to the places in the world where summers are pleasantly welcomed after prolonged freezing winter period .In my region due to unusual scorching heat waves that summer weather brings we felt relieved whenever summer is delayed due to extend in winter period .
Now after delaying by a fortnight presence of summer can be felt in the garden
Plumeria are coming out of hibernation

Miniature roses are giving last of their blooms

It was exhilarating to see bloom of semi double Hollyhock
Summers can't be imagined without presence of Adeniums and Zinnias
Although after delaying for long Summer heat can finally be felt still some of the spring annuals are showing no signs of withering off in upcoming days

ReplyDeleteYour corner is beautiful this week! Thanks for sharing it at the 'My Corner of the World' link up.
Great shots.

ReplyDeleteI love seeing all these flowers. So beautiful! Thanks for linking up and stay well.
ReplyDeleteThe difference between your climate and mine can be dizzying...it snowed at my house on Saturday! As usual, your blooms are lovely and yes, we are finally starting to get warm enough to enjoy being outside, as your heat truly begins to get bad. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteThat is such pretty milkweed. The tropical kind isn't one I grow.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous blooms and beautiful photographs!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos. I'm a big fan of plumeria. Always reminds me of the tropics!
ReplyDeleteYour flowers are so precious and your photos awesome - each more beautiful than the other <3 Wishing a happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteMy feelings about summer are similar to yours, Arun. It looks as though that season has progressed further in your part of the world than mine but we are definitely feeling its presence already! I am just now planting sunflowers and zinnias, which I hope will catch up to yours. I love seeing your Plumeria starting to bloom - mine (in a pot) still stubbornly refuses to flower.
ReplyDeleteLiving in Florida, I totally understand the heat (and humidity) of summer. I love winter and spring with mild weather. This year summer came early in March with temperatures in the 80's and 90's. I missed spring. Oh well, next year. Your flowers are beautiful - thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteOh thank you so much for sharing these lovely flowers oh my! It makes me so happy! That plumeria showing up makes me hopeful that we will all be as beautiful like plumerias when all of this is over.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful diversity of blooms you have. I always look forward to my visits to your garden, because it is so beautiful and also because I enjoy seeing what plants we have in common even though we are half a world apart. Happy gardening and stay safe, my friend.
ReplyDeleteHappy summer! Hollyhock doesn't last long here and seldom grown here. It is so good to see this flower in this post of yours. Btw I like the colour your hollyhock.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have much of a winter here in Florida so Spring is not as marked as other parts of our country but we still see changes. You have some beautiful flowers blooming! Enjoy your week! I hope you are able to get outside more!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful flowers, great photos.
ReplyDeleteThank you for linking up to #SilentSunday x
