Winter has been unpredictable this year with fluctuation in temperature of day and night. When spring seems near buds on plants start appear that bring anticipation of blooming atmosphere in garden.
If buds are that beautiful spring is worth waiting
Asiatic lily about to unfurl its petals
My favorite Cornflower appearing in many colors
Princess Plant or Tibouchina in its bud stage
Sweet Peas are new to my garden
Fuchsia grown as Annual in our region
If buds are that beautiful spring is worth waiting
Asiatic lily about to unfurl its petals
Ranunculus buds
Dahlia unfurling petals
Calendula buds
While we're also experiencing temperature fluctuations, your garden seems ahead of mine in terms of blooms. My own sweet peas won't be at bloom stage for another month or more and my ranunculus are still small bud-less plants. It's fascinating that your dahlias bloom at the same time - those are summer/fall blooms in my area. Happy gardening, Arun!
ReplyDeleteYour flower buds are beautiful in themselves and a beautiful promise! I wish I could grow lilies here in the desert, but the dryness of the air and intensity of the sun are too much for them. Yours will be lovely!
ReplyDeleteArun, your winter time reminds me of mine, it's like a springtime with lots of flowers. Congratulations on growing these gorgeous flowers.
