After a long await finally monsoon has hit the city ,the weather is cool and temperature has droop consistently .Last few days were humid and hot with clouds coming on and off the sky .

 Where Monsoon gives relief from scorching heat and makes garden greener,it has vital effect on economy .A good showery monsoon helps in boon in economy of country since major crops are dependent on to the good monsoon.

Lilies in the summertime

Although high temperature and scorching heat have adverse effect on plants in the summer ,but some lilies strive the heat and adapt this climate to bring blooms .

Curcuma Lily

Curcuma lily are one of those distinctive shaped variety of lily with flowers directly emerging from ground.                                                                                                                                             

Peacock Ginger lily

A new flower in the garden has bloomed for first time,it resurrects from its bulb from the ground with true leaves being dormant .It has resemblance to peacock in formation and color too.                                                                                                                               

Rain Lily

 Rain lily always pop up with a drizzle of summer rain every year and bring a color when garden is dull in hot climate.

Summer has begun

Its time to bid adieu spring flowers ,the temperature is touching 40 degree celsius already which brings heatwave in the garden ,thereby where plants are effected adversely in spite of protecting them from scorching sunlight by providing shade nets and regular watering.Birds that visit garden on daily basis and made it lively do require protection from heatwaves and water to quench their thirst.

Its must for everyone to provide a water filled vessel and keep in the area outside in your porch or garden , thereby helping these creatures from surviving hot summer days.                                        

Curtain Creeper blooms in garden

Curtain creeper is a vine which is blooming from years in my garden .It took over above anything close to it and easily grows wild in our environment .

Lovely Lilies in springtime

Spring is in the air where all annuals are adding color to the garden , Amaryllis lilies are popping up leaving   there dormancy with the advent of spring .
