Flowers in the springtime garden

Winter is becoming quite unpredictable every year. Its tenure has been gradually decreased over the last few years .We still remember the sheer joy of spending those warm sunshine in those cold part of the year .Winter is always been my favorite season from the rest part of the year but we are now only able to enjoy it for a month or so,who to blame how rapidly the whole India is losing its winter ,when we put on a glance the scenario of Global warming , there is also variations in climate change and weather conditions that is reducing the tenure of winter.

With the early exit of winter , spring makes its way a bit before the time and with advent of spring flowers line up with there early blooms,so the early departure of winter is good to enjoy spring flowers .

Winter bush

Winter is finally in the town ,we can see shivery outside ,with cool breeze blowing all over in backyard of the garden .While winter has arrived  late this year , its advent is quite chilling one .

There is still time for winter annuals to flourish but garden is not totally absent from flowers .My garden never had that any of those bushes that flowers in severe winter too.

Dombeya is the bush that  flowers in December - January period which is considered core winter dormancy for the plants . This bush to my surprise grow at rapid pace, flowers in a year or two.

Bush attracts bees a lot and if your lucky u could see Sunbird  hovering around it.

The flowers  complements its leaves ,they bring that alluring experience together.

Joie de vivre in Garden

Garden has turned exuberant and lively after the drop in temperature in night and day time.

The annuals alike Balsam are in full bloom and butterflies are enjoying collecting nectar from them .

They look dramatic in an array of rows and add color to the borders of the garden

They are also known as Touch me not since seed pods break when touched and seeds fall off easily

The weather calls for the emergence of birds and bugs which creates pleasant aura of collecting nectar on flowers ,Ixora is one such flower which instantly attracts humming birds and butterflies towards it .

Vines are the easiest to maintain plants since they make their own way and add color to the garden when other annuals had been discarded off ,Butterfly Pea is an unusual looking attracting vine

Aren't they looking pretty collectively

Zinnias are still creating show in the garden, From the last 4 months they are on continuous bloom
