Garden Affair : Adenium season

 Adenium Obesum popularly known as Desert rose is an easy to grow plant that can thrive in every climatic conditions even in most arid climate conditions . 

     Summer season  is one of the  relevant growing season for Adenium and this is season when  Adenium  blooms perfectly  .

Adeniums are easy to grow hardy plants that strive to extreme climatic conditions . It is a succulent plant so like every another succulent plant it doesn't require much water to grow.

Adenium are easy to propagate through stem cuttings. However it is moderately difficult to grow Adenium plants through seeds.

Garden Affair : Spring bulbs

      It is the beginning of summer  period and almost spring  blooms have withered off . It was a good year for spring bulbs which I had grown in a variety  for spring show. It was my good fortune that most of them had actually bloomed in springtime garden .

Garden Affair : Amaryllis blooming season

                      It is the time for end of spring when Amaryllis blooms are at their peak . Amaryllis lily adapts very well in our climate and can be grown easily with bulbs  .

Springing into summer

 It's that time of year when spring is ending and summer season has arrived . It has been unusual spring due to the on going weather disturbances and concurrent rains  which has lead to unusual wet spring. 

It is the time to bid adieu Spring blossoms and welcome summer in the garden 

                                     Petunias and pansies are giving last of their booms with rise in temperatures  

                                                                       

I am surprised by consistent blooming of Geraniums and Blanket flower for the most part of spring 

Cornflowers 

I had added some of the new varieties of Kalanchoe this spring in my garden

                                 Bougainvilleas are back in blooms  as Summer season is back 

                        Adenium is blooming finally  after rise in temperatures 

                                                             

                              Spider lilies are blooming with summer arrival , summer and rains are best season for lily blooms

             I spotted this butterfly with unusual blue color , Anyone knows the ID                                                          

              In my recent visit to Bird sanctuary I spotted this beautiful Indian painted stork

Garden Affair : Spring in City Park

    Its spring time and I got opportunity to visit a newly developed park in  my city.

Garden Affair : April Fools day

    Its spring time , rains have surpassed limits in the spring this year. It has delayed arrival of summer and that has turned out to be  good for spring blooms .

Today is April Fools day , it is interesting to note Fool when pronounced in Hindi language means Flower. The spring blooms in my garden are having a gala time on April Fool's(Flower) day.
