Monsoon Effect

Monsoon Downpour has taken a halt the  weather has become moderate and pleasant. The monsoon rains and fall in temperature helps in resurgence of blooms in garden.

I had planted these cypress vines at the end of Summer season and after consistent  downpour of monsoon the vine has covered entire flower bed and with a monsoon break the blooms showed up in beautiful scarlet color.

Although  Vinca Plant is all year bloomer in my Garden its colors somehow pops more after the monsoon downpour.

Rain brings the Rain lilies back  into profusion of blooms.

I await for Tecoma blooms after long summer months

Garden Affair : Plumeria glory after monsoon

Monsoon is about to take a bid adieu from our city.   Plumeria is one of those perennial deciduous tree that adorns blooms almost most of the part of year.

Frangipani  tree is fully covered with graceful blooms after monsoon season.

Care and propagation

Plumerias are hardy plants that can be easily grown in any weather and can be propagated easily through stem cuttings. There are many colors cultivated of plumeria by grafting technique and tissue culture methods.

Happy Independence Day

Its our 78th Independence Day Monsoon has created havoc in my city. Heavy Downpour from last three consecutive days has brought ruckus in my Garden. The blooms especially annuals which were blooming in the last week have withered off after the downpour.

The garden has fewer  blooms right now but silver lining is it has more greenery than last few months.
