Monsoon has finally reached our city after grim summer . The constant rains for more than a day has brought down temperature and helped regain the garden its greenery.
The best part about monsoon is rain lilies are back with blooms.
The tubular blooming attraction of fire bush plant sparkling after rains.
It is the time for link up party where you can share posts related to Gardening, Nature and birds . The link up party will be open for a week starting from Saturday.
Love the shot of the rain!
ReplyDeleteRain is good - can't do without it, except for walking outside:) Emille
ReplyDeleteWe don't get monsoons normally but a monsoon has hit our city - just in time to ruin the school holidays. Areas are flooded...and my outdoor plans are kaput. Anyway, the umbrella shot is great!
ReplyDeleteFor many people, rain can be fine such as for agricultural crops but for many people and countries this can also be very bad because they can recieve many floods.
ReplyDeleteHappy monsoon-time!
ReplyDeleteAll the best and have a nice July Sunday,
Traude

ReplyDeleteHappy WW and a fine week, Arun!
I miss the Firebush (Hamelia patens) which was abundant back in Florida. It attracts hummingbirds, butterflies and its berries are there for migrating birds in spring and in fall.
ReplyDeleteWe got rain today and I was glad. Have a good weekend.
