Garden Affair : World Environment Day

 World Environment Day is observed on 5th June every year, the climate change is real and awareness needs to be spread in the world to save the environment.

The rising temperatures  , depletion of winter period , noticeable decrease of spring season, concurrent heatwaves in summer , loss of biodiversity are some of the downsides we can observe recently due to the climate change. 

                                                                   

What can we do from our sides to protect our environment                                                         

We can start at ground level to protect our environment Saving water and non renewable energy 

- turning of taps , using buckets and mugs for water use                                                                                

Planting trees is one of the most effective measure to save environment especially climate change.

Car pooling is one important step everyone should take  to reduce pollution and recent fuel crisis in world has been alarming to fathom the effects of depletion of fuel in long run.                                   

Promoting recyclable packaging and cutlery to reduce waste management

Garden Affair : World Environment Day

 The scorching heat waves in summer with Temperature going around 45 degree Celsius this year  , the warm spring and short period of winter season are all indicating the repercussions of rapid climate change.  Climate change which occurs due to long term shifts in temperature and weather patterns are primarily occurring due to one of the major reason of burning of fossil fuels like coal, oil and gas by humankind. 

                                                                     

World environment Day is observed  to be on 5th of June every year with prior motive to raise global  awareness and promote action against environmental issues. 

What can we do to protect our envirnoment :

- Conserving natural resources  like water and electrical energy by saving them from unnecessary wastage can actually make a difference in the long run of conserving natural resources .

                                                                    

- Adopting sustainable practices for travelling like using public transport or walking when possible , buying eco friendly products made from sustainable products. 

- Planting trees and promoting and inspiring others to do so by volunteering for the  environmental organizations working for the benefit of  environment protection.

Garden Affair : World Environment Day

 The soaring temperature this summer is alarming and reflecting the soar effects of climate change . 

June 5th is considered as World Environment Day. It is considered vital  for spreading awareness and action regarding protection of Environment. It has been a platform for raising awareness regarding marine pollution, over population, global warming, sustainable development, issues related to wildlife. 

                                                      

Our planet supports life to million species and is currently experiencing degradation and unprecedented climate change. We can bring changes at individual level  by small acts regarding promoting sustainable environment.                                                                                                                                            

It is to be consider here  out of the many other ways planting trees is one of the major factor that   can bring significant change to effect positive  climate change.  I have pointed out in my earlier post  on  World Environment Day  and how as an individual we can make an effort   to bring required changes in environment.

 In Today's time when the world is facing a crisis situation it has become relevant  to understand the importance of environment and this pandemic has taught us the importance of taking care of our environment and it is high time to take a step up and plan action to reverse the damage done to the nature in all of these years. Planting trees is one of the way that can be done by each one of us to help nature revive and save our environment from degrading.                                                                      

While there are many other ways to save environment from destruction one of the most effective way is to spread awareness about decreasing the dump of plastic waste in the nature and instead recycling it for growing plants. Old Plastic bottles, Tyre , Cans , Tanks and Jars are some of the examples that can be used in growing plants and veggies at your space .
