Summers are at their peak it has been a long summer this year . The garden has become dry and persisting high temperature had ravaging effect on plants. While there is not much blooming in the garden some of the hardy annuals and perennials are bringing color to the garden
Zinnia
Gaillardia
Jasmine
Lemonia
Trumpet creeper
Meanwhile I took a break in weekend to escape to outskirt of city and there I spotted
Black winged Stilt
Lovely photos. The Silt looks so fragile and nice memories of the mountains.
ReplyDeleteOh, how much I love Zinnia, with flowers in so many colors!
ReplyDeleteGreat collection!!!
ReplyDeleteYour country's summer temperatures have made news even here in the US, Arun. You and your garden are doing a good job holding up in that kind of heat. I love your Gaillardias!
ReplyDeleteThat Stilt is so graceful and the misty mountain is magnificent. Such a nice variety of flowers.
ReplyDeleteZinnias are one of my favorite flowers. So dependable! Mine (Northeast United States) aren't quite ready to bloom yet. Love your bird and mountain photo, too. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
