I have been into gardening from more than a decade and it has made me more resilient and patient in general .Today on this Teachers Day I want to share an incident related to Gardening experience that made be more patient and taught me the power of resilience.
This below pic shows its first bloom appearing after surviving for three years in difficult situation.
I hereby invite everyone who want to join my link up party related to Gardening where you can share your gardening stories and experiences related to Plants and flowers
How wonderful that your garden has taught you PATIENCE so wisely :-) To me, a Central European, it sounds very exciting that monkeys have dug up your plant. Here we have more problems with snails, voracious insects, voles or (if a forest is adjacent to the property), maybe with deer and rabbits ...
ReplyDeleteYour patience has clearly paid off with your Crape Jasmine.
Have a nice day, Traude

ReplyDelete...I have problem with rabbits in my garden, but not monkeys! Thanks for hosting and good luck with your monkeys.
ReplyDeleteThat's wonderful it's survived! Sometimes nature really does find a way even when things get beat up by monkeys haha
ReplyDeleteI had one crepe jasmine plant many years ago. I once had a monkey visited my garden but thankfully it didn't do much damage and I am glad the monkey didn't return. I agree that gardening has taught me patience and hope and many other things.
ReplyDeleteGreat teaching. I too have learned alot from gardening this year.
ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting on my blog and letting me know about this linkup.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the invitation to join you. I love all things gardening as well as the critters too. I have a Madagascar Jasmine that it has been my pleasure to keep alive for 9 months now. It has rewarded me with a bloom!
ReplyDeleteThanks for inviting me to your link party :)
ReplyDeleteYes, the garden teaches many things. Among others that we humans can't control everything. Happy gardening to you.
