They are most favorite among pollinators like bees, birds ,butterflies and moths. Here I want to share some of the perennials that attracts bees and other pollinators throughout the year in my garden.

  1. All these little flowers are really magical!
I brought bougainvillea flowers for you today. I have seen and admired these so often in India and other warm countries, because some of them grew as tall as trees there. In Austria I only knew them as small potted plants that have to hibernate in the house. But during our visit to Hallstatt I saw a large plant that climbed a wall, and apparently it did not grow in a flower pot, but in a small bed. Maybe the climate there is suitable for these plants - I don't know. (Or is it dug up and brought into the house before the first frost?)
    Best wishes and happy weekend,
    Traude

  2. Some very nice plants! I especially love lantana, especially the kind that have multiple colors in them. When I was a little girl I thought they were a tiny bouquet in miniature, like for a doll.
