Garden Affair : Birds are back after advent of monsoon

 Monsoon rejuvenates the Garden completely, the hustle and bustle of birds are more often seen post monsoon rains . My Garden  start to witness bird visitors from monsoon till the advent of winter season. 

                                           The calling of Greater coucal in the morning  is quite dramatic                    



The Shikra bird is spotted once in a while in months in my Garden 



Indian Parrots had well adapted in my Garden and can be spotted anytime of year


Red vented Bulbul is a common scene in my Garden 


Indian common Myna bird is a commonly seen almost everyday in my Garden 


Jungle Babbler quenching their thirst from earthen pots after humidity has set in the environment post monsoon                                                                                                                          



Indian crows are growing in population as they can be spotted easily in my Garden

  2. How wonderful that you have so many birds in your garden after the monsoon, dear Arun! Even if it probably gets quite loud at times 😉. I've encountered Indian common mynas on my travels, and if I remember correctly, they can be quite noisy 😅. But however - a garden teeming with wildlife is definitely a good, important, and beneficial place in this world!
