Garden Affair : Pink prevalent in spring

The early spring was anticipated when rise in temperature was seen in the first week of February .We are entering into the  third week of February and temperature has risen drastically which is unusual and alarming for spring this year .

The only silver lining is early spring blooms it seems pink will dominate this spring

Schzianthus is in prime of its blooms

Snapdragon

Clarkias are already blooming

                Hibiscus have started blooming

While it is exhilarating to experience spring after winters the early arrival of spring is sign of long exhausting intense summer period          coming in upcoming days .

It is the time for link up party Garden Affair where we can share posts related with              Gardening, Nature and birds. The link up party will be open for a week.

  1. Dear Arun,
Our garden is shrouded in wintery snow, so the sight of your pink blossoming display is all the more delightful 🌸.
The pictures I'm linking to today aren't from now, and they're not from Austria, but from our trip to British Columbia (Canada) in autumn 2025. There were still blossoms to see there too... and so much more...
I hope the drastic rise in temperatures so early in the year in India doesn't have any negative effects on the rest of the year!
All the best from Austria, Traude
